Angel Kitty - again

I couldn't resist getting Angel Kitty again when she lay down on my lap desk this morning. In the mornings I sit on HER chair to write. She looks for opportunities to get me back (smarty cat!), like when I put my lap desk on the bed turned cushion side up or even desk side up. Sometimes I forget what's mine and what's hers!

  1. Angel Kitty is GORGEOUS. She has her own unique set of colors, doesn't she???? Love that look on her face when she is saying, "Leave me alone, Mama."

Your quilt is beautiful. Do you quilt? I don't--but I have inherited several.. I even have one that was my mother's. That one is special!

  2. Actually, no I didn't make this quilt. It is store-bought. I would love to say I quilt, but I can't honestly say that, although I DID make the one Angel Kitty is lying on in the other blog entry (on the couch). It is just a small one. I have done quilted applique wall hangings. I keep intending to make a full quilt and one day I will. I bet that one of your mother's IS special! I have one that a friend - she was my former boss - gave me that her mother made, and that one has some special meaning for me.

  4. With that paw out, she is saying, "MINE."

One of my cats is fond of that pose.

  6. Aleta,

Thanks so much for stopping by my blog last week! I'm sorry it's taken me so long to get back with you but it has been completely insane around here the last couple of days!

Charm City is Baltimore's nickname I think. And I like the name Charm City better than Baltimore because everyone thinks Baltimore is only the ghetto, which it is mostly, but there are nice areas too I supppose!

What part of eastern TN are you in? I looove Tennessee, especially the eastern half and I am trying very hard to convince my husband that we simply must move down there once he hits his 20 years in the Air Force! Only 6 more years to go and boy am I counting down. We spend a lot of time in the Sevierville/Townsend area and I am so in love with those parts. Not in love with that insane traffic but I deal with that here in MD too and I'd much rather sit in traffic if I had a view of the mountains to stare at! lol

Thanks again for stopping by my blog!
